For a bicoastal family of tech executives, this project centered on creating a modern sanctuary for a family of four. The site’s transformation began with a complete architectural tear-down, preserving only a sentimental tree originally planted by the client’s father years prior. In its place, we delivered an ultra-modern architectural statement home, meticulously designed to balance cutting-edge aesthetics with family-oriented functionality. The residence features a bespoke indoor pool and serves as a sophisticated retreat positioned near the crest of Belmont Hill.
